Side Sleigh Cocktail
So festive and very easy to prepare, this is definitely one to offer your Christmas guests, and there’s a mocktail version, too!

- Add 20ml cranberry juice to the Cognac and triple sec in an ice-filled cocktail shaker, then strain into a coupette.
- Garnish with redcurrants and a twist of lime peel (all fruit, vegetables and herbs should be washed before use).
- Turn it into a mocktail: Replace the Cognac with grapefruit juice and the triple sec with orange blossom honey.
