  1. To make a simple strawberry puree: Blitz 100g fresh or frozen (defrosted) strawberries with 1tsp of sugar, then sieve.
  2. Simply pour all your ingredients into a champagne flute, give a quick stir and garnish with a slice of strawberry.
  3. You could use a splash of strawberry liqueur in place of the puree.
