- Take the Primula Cheese and Prawn from the fridge and set aside.
- Cut the bacon rashers in half lengthways, then tightly wrap them around the middle of the prawns. Secure with cocktail sticks.
- Brush each blanket with olive oil. Grill for 5-10min, turning regularly. Cook until the prawns are pink and the bacon is golden and crispy.
- Squeeze the Primula Cheese and Prawn into a small dish.
- Lightly dust the Primula cheese with paprika and squeeze a lime over the prawns. Dip the prawns into the sauce and enjoy!
