3 Valentine’s Day Cocktail recipes
1. Crystal Head Vodka’s Red Tempest
Ingredients:
- 1½oz Crystal Head Vodka
- ½oz Amaretto
- 1oz fresh orange juice
- ½oz Monin Wildberry purée
- ¼oz Monin Exotic Citrus Syrup
- 2oz soda
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
To make Red Tempest cocktail:
- Shake all items in a cocktail shaker with ice, except soda, until all ingredients are mixed well and dissolved.
- Top with soda.
- Add blackberries and a sprig of rosemary to garnish.
2. BULLDOG Gin’s Clover Club

Ingredients:
- 2 parts BULLDOG Gin
- 0.75 parts lemon juice
- 0.25 parts Grenadine syrup
- 1 egg white
To make Clover Club cocktail:
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- Now add ice cubes and shake again.
- Double strain into a coupette glass.
- Garnish with a raspberry and serve.
3. Hoxton Gin’s English Daiquiri
Hoxton Gin’s English Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 50ml Hoxton Gin
- 20ml Creme de Cocao white chocolate liqueur
- 20ml lemon juice
- Dash of sugar syrup
To make English Daiquiri cocktail:
- Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Serve with a twist of lemon peel as a garnish.
