Peanut Butter & Banana Ice Cream

Deliciously nourishing with very little added sugar, this blitz-and-freeze ice cream recipe is a win-win when you’re craving a treat!
Preparation time: 15min + 3hrs freezing
Serves: 8-10
How to make this ice cream recipe:
- Put the sliced bananas into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Add the SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Choc Chip Swirl and again blitz until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into a plastic container and place in the freezer for 3 hours until firm.
- Serve scoops of the ice-cream with fresh berries.
