My Weekly Latest Issue September 19
Avoiding ultra-processed foods – UPFs – is a hot topic right now (check out our feature on page 14), as is the drive to encourage people to eat “real” food for better health. We’re a busy household but we manage to eat relatively healthily thanks to our slow cooker – it’s so easy to throw everything in and have something delicious to look forward to later in the day! As for nibbles, I find it hard to step away from the packet of Hobnobs but I do like the sound of the snack suggestions on page 18. Healthy brownies? Yes please! Have a great week and enjoy the magazine.
