Chickpea Salad
Love Canned Food and TV Chef, Dean Edwards, have teamed up to showcase just how much money and time can be saved when using canned ingredients, especially for speedy lunches. Dean’s healthy salad can be on the table in minutes! It’s so easy to make, it’s one the grandkids can help you prepare!

Preparation time: 5min
- Open and drain the chickpeas.
- Open five bean salad and mix with the chickpeas.
- Stir in the harissa paste and lime juice.
- Add in the red onion, tomato and cucumber – fold through the beans.
- Portion the salad up into two bowls and finish with fresh mint and coriander leaves.
- Sprinkle feta cheese over the top before serving, if desired.
