My Weekly Latest Issue July 25

Portrait shot of My Weekly fiction editor Susan WatsonSummer in Scotland can be a bit hit or miss so, as soon as there’s sunshine, that delicious barbecue smell can often be detected in the air as I step out into my garden. I do love a barbecue but often ours don’t extend much beyond sausages and burgers with maybe a couple of “posh” salads from the supermarket to jazz things up. However, this week’s Barbecue Bonanza recipe feature (page 18) has plenty of inspiration – my friends and family are going to be impressed next time they visit and I serve up smoky fish pops and ratatouille kebabs! Have a great week and enjoy this week’s issue.
