We’re going strawberry picking at our local fruit farm this weekend so I can’t wait to try out some of the recipes in our strawberry cookery feature on page 18. My two little girls love picking strawberries almost as much as they enjoy eating them, so I always come home with several punnets! How do you like yours? My mum swears by using balsamic vinegar to bring out the flavour but I think it’s hard to beat strawberries accompanied by a huge dollop of vanilla ice cream! I hope you have a lovely sunny week and enjoy this week’s issue of My Weekly.
