My Weekly Latest Issue June 27
I always find it much easier to be fit and active in the summer, and I’ve been inspired by the variety of ideas in this week’s A-Z of fitness feature on page 46. I’ve tried a few of them (with varying degrees of success!) but any kind of dancing always tops my list for getting fit while having fun. I could never quite get the hang of hula hooping, and boot camp wasn’t my thing, but I’m hoping that this will be the summer I finally pluck up the courage to try wild swimming! I hope you have a great week and enjoy the fantastic mix of features and fiction in this issue.
