My Weekly Latest Issue April 18
As I have mentioned here more than a few times, I am partial to long walks and try to fit one in every day. To me, the benefits can’t be overstated and I am known to wax lyrical to everyone around me about the virtues of stretching my legs. I feel somewhat vindicated in my approach after reading this week’s health features on the many wellbeing benefits of walking (p50). Some of them you may already know, but many you may not and I hope you find it as enlightening as I did. Right, that’s me off to put my trainers on now, so enjoy the issue and have a great week!
