Makes: 16 brownies
Preparation time: 10min
Bake time: 30min
- Preheat the oven to Fan Oven 160°C, Gas Mark 3.
- Put the butter and 150g dark chocolate in the large microwavable bowl and melt it in the microwave in 10 second intervals, being careful not to burn it.
- Add in the sugar and combine with a wooden spoon or spatula before adding the eggs, followed by the flour and cocoa powder, stirring until there’s no lumps.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a parchment-lined 20 x 20cm square tin and spread evenly. Take 4 Kinder Bueno bars (8 fingers) and lay them on top of the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter on top and spread to cover the Kinder Buenos.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20min, then remove, break up the remaining 2 Kinder Buenos into segments and push gently into the top of the brownie, return the brownie to the oven for the last 10min.
- Allow to cool completely before melting the remaining 50g of dark chocolate, drizzling over the top. Cut into 16 squares.
