Lebanese Falafel
Get your New Year’s Eve party started with some delicious canapes. This easy recipe will disappear off the plates fast!
Cooking time: 20min
- Blend in a food processor – chickpeas, spice shot, fresh coriander, mint, sesame oil, lemon juice, chilli and gram flour.
- Roll the mix into roughly 40g balls.
- Pan fry in sesame oil until the balls have some colour on them.
- Place balls out of the pan and onto a non stick baking tray.
- Place baking tray into a preheated oven at 180°C, Gas Mark 4 fan for 10min.
- Serve with baba ganoush, pickled vegetables, houmous and flatbreads.
