Our lovely friends at award-winning St Andrews’ cocktail bar and restaurant The Adamson, have created a Christmas gin cocktail! 

1. Add Ice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, except the cinnamon garnish.
3. Shake.
4. Double strain into a Coupe style cocktail glass.
5. Grate cinnamon on top before serving.
