Super-Indulgent Healthy Popsicles

How can something so sweet and creamy be so good for you? With protein-packed nut butters, Omega 3-rich flaxseed, raspberry and banana, these three gorgeous popsicle recipes from Linwoods Health Foods are surely the ultimate guilt-free summer treats!

Preparation Time: 10min (for each recipe) + freezing
Serves: 3-4 (each recipe)

  1. For your chosen recipe, add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Spoon the blend into your popsicle moulds, tapping the mould on a hard surface as you go to remove any air bubbles.
  3. Insert your sticks and pop into the freezer. You may need to go back after 10min to straighten your sticks if they have fallen sideways.
  4. Freeze until hard.
  5. Once you’re ready to eat, add your favourite toppings/decorations – eg. cacao sauce, nut butter, crushed nuts, chia seeds or freeze-dried raspberry pieces. The sauce and nut butter will freeze into another layer on contact with the popsicle, so be sure to add your sprinkles quickly before they solidify.
