Over the course of two years they have amassed an impressive 75,000 followers on Instagram and Facebook alone and have attracted the attention of gin distillers and premium mixers worldwide.
The brand is a go-to for all gin drinkers, with their unique gin-centric events and festivals, and special gin collaborations.
About The Gin
Yuzu & Schezuan Pepper defines the ‘Spirit of Friendship’, with both ingredients bringing something totally unique to the table, but also blending together with ease to create something rather special. This artisanal creation expertly pairs the British countryside with oriental citrus and spice.
Botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica, orange peel, liquorice root, yuzu, schezuan pepper and Oxfordshire wood avens, in homage of The Gin To My Tonic’s home county.
Juniper, tantalising citrus and seductive spice comes through giving a hint of what’s to come. Waves of citrus rush to greet you, along with powerful yuzu, with the orange adding layers to its citrus character. Piney juniper makes itself known, along with subtle herbs providing balance. To finish, there’s a dry, lingering spice that gives this gin a pronounced lasting taste.
Serve with Indian Tonic, or even a Mediterranean Tonic, with a garnish of orange to enhance the citrus. Alternatively, try an Indian Tonic and some red chilli for more bite.
Cocktail Recipe
Add an extra dimension to a classic Nigroni cocktail, with a dash of Yuzu & Schezuan Pepper Gin.
