Dundee Welcomes William and Kate
We are delighted to welcome The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate, to Dundee today, the home city of My Weekly.
The royal couple are here to officially open V&A Dundee, the stunning design museum on the banks of the River Tay which opened to the public in September 2018.

William and Kate first met at St Andrews University, so it’s an area they know very well.

We are honoured to be welcoming the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to officially open V&A Dundee. This official opening marks the beginning of a very exciting year for V&A Dundee, with upcoming exhibitions on videogames, robots and the future of design.
