Rosemary and Red Onion Pizza

A picnic or party celebration wouldn’t be complete without pizza and this one is quick and easy to make!

- Preheat the oven to 200°C, Fan Oven 180°C, Gas Mark 6.
- Put the pizza base onto a baking sheet and spread the tomato purée over the surface. Sprinkle with the oregano, then scatter the onion evenly over the top. Arrange the sliced mozzarella over the pizza, and add the rosemary. Sprinkle with a little olive oil and season with black pepper.
- Bake for 10-12min until the cheese has melted. Cool, then pack up for the picnic or event. Serve, sprinkled with a little extra olive oil.
