Ice cream experts Ben & Jerry’s turn the big 4-0 this year, and because sharing is caring, they want you to celebrate too.
Their Flavour Gurus couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than by combining two of their favourite things: ice cream and cake, in an all-in-one taste-tingling tub.
The icing on the… ahem, cake, is that all the ingredients are Fairtrade-certified, and the ice cream is made with milk from Caring Dairy family farms.
Catherine Goffinet, Ben & Jerry’s Flavour Guru, said,
We love sharing our celebrations here at Ben & Jerry’s, so we decided to create a slice of something extra special. ‘Birthday Cake’ is loaded with everything we love about cake; frosting, strawberry swirl, and moreish mouthfuls of sponge cake pieces too. We think it’s the perfect excuse to celebrate!”
