New Ranges For Fashion Targets Breast Cancer
By Audrey Patterson, Fashion and Beauty Editor
Tuesday, April 18 sees the launch of this year’s Fashion Targets Breast Cancer campaign. The aim is to raise funds for research, supported by a number of top high street fashion retailers.
Since 1996, the campaign has raised more than £14 million for life-saving research.
Fashion Targets Breast Cancer 2017 is teaming up with some of the UK’s best known high street brands. Each will be launching exclusive collections for the six-week campaign.
The items in these collections will carry a minimum 30% donation to the charity Breast Cancer Now during the six weeks.
BCN, the UK’s leading breast cancer research charity, campaigns for the best possible service for patients. It is currently lobbying for the breast cancer drug Kadcyla to remain available on the NHS throughout the UK.
Fashion Strong
This year’s campaign theme is Fashion Strong, and product collections showcase the strength, style and solidarity FTBC stands for.
The collection includes a range of fabulous pieces from Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, River Island, Topshop and SimplyBe.
